Rachel Knudson, DO, FACS, FACOS is a board-certified general surgeon dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered surgical care close to home. An Iowa native, Dr. Knudson has spent her career practicing rural surgery since completing her residency and is passionate about caring for the whole person. She partners with each patient to provide surgical care that is both preventive and therapeutic, helping individuals make informed decisions and achieve the best possible outcomes. Dr. Knudson is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. Outside of work, she enjoys scrapbooking, spending time with her family, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, and watching movies.
