Bio: Dr. Hetal Patel is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over two decades of experience in outpatient and specialty care. She is widely recognized for her proactive, prevention-focused approach aiming not just to treat illness, but to anticipate and prevent it through education, early intervention, and whole-person wellness strategies.

Dr. Patel completed her training in Family Medicine and has served in a variety of leadership roles, including department chair and medical director. Most recently, she provided collaborative outpatient ENT care, further expanding her scope of experience and patient care.

She will be seeing patients at Cornerstone Family Practice in Guttenberg and Edgewood, where her clinical interests include preventive care, chronic disease management, and fostering strong, long-term relationships with individuals and families. She is deeply committed to creating inclusive, affirming spaces where patients feel empowered to take an active role in their health journeys.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Patel is a proud mother, and mentor for youth leadership and civic engagement. Her daughter recently began college at Brown University, where she is pursuing pre-medical studies. In her free time, Dr. Patel enjoys reading, traveling, creative projects, and engaging in thoughtful conversations that nurture connection and community.
