Join us to learn about the services that GMHC offers to help you or your loved one transition from our care to home. Visit with us about referral services and with Hospice services including: Care Initiatives, Crossing Rivers and St. Croix.
Stop by on the GMHC South Lawn anytime between 11am and 1pm. We’ll be serving cookies, lemonade, coffee and water too! (Rain location: GMHC Education Center)
