Bio: Dr. Kara Franzen, DPM, AACFAS, practices at Dubuque Podiatry and welcomes patients at GMHC’s Specialty Clinic. She is interested in all aspects of podiatry, including non-invasive treatment modalities, as well as reconstructive surgeries of the foot and ankle. Dr. Franzen is a graduate of Simpson College in Indianola, IA, and Des Moines University where she obtained her degree as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. She completed her surgical residency at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo, IA. Dr. Franzen is board-certified with the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
