Bio: Hoffmann graduated from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in 1984. He completed his residency at Broadlawn’s Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Hoffmann joined Cornerstone Family Practice in 1991. He is a Fellow in the American Academy of Family Physicians and Past President of Iowa Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Hoffmann is an Affiliate Faculty member of the University of Iowa Medical School and Medical Director for Prairie du Chien Hospice. Outside interests include recreational sports, fishing and community theater.
